Level C Coaching License Regulation

This regulation is considered a regulatory framework specific to the Coach License Level (C) in the sport of judo, and it complements the National Framework for Professional Licenses.

The Saudi Judo Federation is pleased to present the Coaches Training Curriculum – Level (C), which serves as a foundational educational framework aimed at supporting the development of coaches.

Who is required to obtain the Level C Coaching License?

All coaches working with clubs or academies affiliated with the Saudi Judo Federation must obtain a valid coaching license.

Yes. Existing coaches may continue during the transitional period, provided they complete requirements before 1 September 2026.

Mandatory registration begins on 7 April 2026 and continues until 01 June 2026.

The Level C coaching curriculum is available through the official website of the Saudi Judo Federation.

The theoretical and practical examinations will take place between 1 July and 18 July 2026.

A detailed schedule and examination guidelines will be issued prior to the examination dates.

Coaches may be allowed to retake the examination during the transitional period in accordance with the Federation’s procedures.

The Level C Coaching License is valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance.

No. As of 1 September 2026, no individual may officially practice coaching without a valid coaching license.

Registration requirements may include:

• Identification document

• First Aid and CPR certificate

• Coaching information
